Egencia is recognised as a ‘Leader’ by IDC
International Data Corporation (IDC) have recently announced that Egencia remains a leader in corporate travel booking applications in the IDC 2022-2023 MarketScape report.
Egencia was last recognised by IDC in its 2019-2020 report, so we’re thrilled to be a leader once more.

And if that wasn’t enough, Egencia placed in the highest scoring group of vendors for customer satisfaction ratings in Travel and Expense. Recognised for delivering substantial value to our clients as well as continually innovating to meet evolving customer expectations.
The ratings are based on IDC’s global survey of approximately 2,400 organisations across all geographic regions and company sizes, where customers were asked to rate their vendor on over 30 different customer satisfaction metrics.
