Thomas is the Senior Director of the Egencia People Team. He leads a team focused on delivering best-in-class employee experience and engagement, with a passion for developing and attracting the best talent to boost Egencia's success. 

Thomas brings over 15 years of experience in the travel industry to the role.  He has been with Egencia for 11 years and has a global perspective, having lived and worked in France, Norway and the USA during his time with the company.  

Prior to leading the Egencia People Team, Thomas held multiple leadership roles in Egencia’s Global Customer Operations and served as a Chief of Staff for the Commercial and Customer Success organisation. 

He holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing from the EMLV in Paris. 

He lives in Seattle, Washington, USA with his family.
